DeAnna Lee's Grilled Asian Chicken Sliders with Slaw

With 30/10 Weightloss for Life, I have successfully lost over 10 lbs of pure body fat. I do it by eating meals that my  husband and I both love because they are healthy and delicious. Things like Cauliflower Crust Pizza and Grilled Sausage and Asparagus Frittata! Recipes are below: 



Grilled Asian Chicken Sliders with Slaw 


1 lb. ground chicken

1 tsp. minced fresh ginger

1 fresh garlic clove minced

1 tbsp. fresh minced cilantro

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. sambal oeleck (optional but SO good) 



3 cups of shaved cabbage

1/2 small red onion diced 

1 yellow bell pepper diced

2 green onions chopped

1/4 cup of minced cilantro


Dressing for slaw: 

2 limes juiced

1 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. sambal oeleck 

1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar 

Iceburg lettuce (replaces hamburger buns) 


1. Combine all slider ingredients in a large bowl. Shape chicken into small sliders and place in fridge to help set up. 

2. Combine all slaw ingredients in a large bowl. 

3. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake well, then pour over slaw. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 

4. Grill chicken sliders 4 minutes on the first side over medium high heat. Grill 3 mintues on the second side. Cover with tin foil and let rest 5 minutes. 

5. Separate lettuce leaves to use as the buns for your sliders. 

6. Add slider to "lettuce bun" add slaw and enjoy!
