7 Hometown Throwdown #OOTD Ideas

September 14, 2016

It's weekends like these where I envy guys. They can throw on jeans and a tee and be ready for the Hometown Throwdown. If you're anything like me, you rack your brain for what to wear to an all day concert! What's the weather going to be like? Will my shoes be comfy? Ahhh there's just so many variables! Here are seven options to pull inspiration from.

1) This dress was $25 at Target. I paired it with an old leather bomber jacket and my worn in country boots. (You'll see these boots a lot on this list.)

2) It is Seahawks Sunday afterall so why not combine your two favorite things into one awesome look?! Football AND country come together when pairing your boots with your favorite football t-shirt. Bring a denim jacket just in case it gets chilly.

3) Casual is always a good route to go. I have gotten so much use out of this oh-so-comfortable tank that says, "Peace, Love & Country Music" on it. In fact, I might actually wear this again this weekend!

4) The Hometown Throwdown is an all day party and the last thing you want is your feet to hurt. Opt for these comfy flats, anything camo, and a hat. The jacket I picked up on clearance for $22 at Banana Republic while the hat and shoes are from Target.

5) This might be a perfect day-to-night outfit. Wear your favorite comfy jeans, cozy tshirt and bring a scarf that can double as a blanket.

6) My #ootd for the 2014 Hometown Throwdown was yet another dress from Target paired with a jean jacket and my broken in cowboy boots.

7) For the 2015 Hometown Throwdown, I choose leggings with a long vest and fringe. Fitz bought us all P1D1 t-shirts and I loved that he gave me pink. :)

We can't wait for you to join us in Enumclaw this year! Bring your selfie sticks, boots, and good attitude. 10 bands in the shadow of Mount Rainier?! It doesn't get better than that! If you haven't already, get tickets here and we'll see you on the 18th!
